He also held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Voeux Yachts, overseeing the company's operational strategy and ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

With extensive experience in yacht charter management, marketing, and operations, Thasveer has established himself as a trusted advisor and consultant to yacht owners, operators, and investors. His expertise spans the globe, with a deep understanding of the international yacht charter market.

Shiju P Sasi, in his ongoing technology career spanning more than 2 eventful decades has been helping global enterprises in setting up their new technology delivery and operations, Offshore Development Centers, multi-geo project/program execution processes and hardware mass manufacturing-linked technology products and applications engineering/support ecosystems.

He has established and been successfully running the India Operations for WiSilica Inc. a global leader in IoT based products, solutions and customized R&D engineering services provider. He has built and run operations of teams doing hardware to cloud engineering, from procurement to mass manufacturing logistics teams and ecosystems. He oversees the overall product and solutions delivery (order to shipping, post delivery and deployment support etc.). The focused products and solution lines are wireless smart lighting, tracking and tracing solutions using beacons and smart tags and associated applications and custom IoT automation solutions.

Being an avid tech-enthusiast maintaining significant R&D and solutioning interests in B2B, B2C and B2B2C type systems, he has also been supporting various platform and products companies in the capacities of mentor, advisor, investor and consultant etc. His predominant involvement has been as an Investor and Product Director/Innovator for Baashaa Learning Platform and solutions owned by Sumskar Systems Pvt Ltd. in innovations in automated language learning platforms, AI based academic learning innovations using Gen AI etc.

With over 30 years as a professional seafarer, Franc has managed over 150 yachts including some of the largest and most iconic in the world: ECSTASEA and PELORUS.

A qualified Navigational Officer, Marine Engineer, Technical Manager and Class Surveyor and former Yacht Management Director with two of the industry’s leading providers, Franc is known and respected throughout the superyacht industry for his candour and client centric approach to Yacht Management. Certified in BSc, MSc, CEng and MiMarEs, Franc speaks English and Dutch.

Franc is one of the first to introduce commercial shipping discipline into yachting, he has worked with leading associations such as MYBA, PYA and SYBASS to negotiate, develop and implement regulations such as the MCA Large Yacht Code and the ILO MLC 2006 which have helped shape the future of this industry.

Created in 2015, JMS Yachting is an independent yacht management company with offices based in Monaco, Palma de Mallorca, Fort Lauderdale and the UK . We do not get involved in sales or charter which means that we solely focus on the maintenance and value of the yacht and the crew’s wellbeing.

Khalid has developed a strong expertise in ISM HSE standards, logistics, and legal marine operations. His career is backed by technical qualifications and specialized training in both business and technical fields. Known for his strong communication skills and deep business knowledge, he has successfully led teams and managed operations across diverse international markets.
