Oldroyd-Afterfield has built a dynamic career spanning marine engineering, superyacht captaincy,
sales, marketing, and executive leadership. He has also been a regular exhibitor at international

Starting in marine engineering and yacht operations, Lee worked extensively on superyachts across
the Mediterranean and beyond, gaining firsthand expertise in vessel management and UHNW client
service. His transition into sales and marketing led him to Sunseeker, where he rose to COO of
Sunseeker Asia-Pacific, overseeing multimillion-dollar transactions and expanding the brand’s
presence across the region.
Lee later joined Gulf Craft as CCO of Global Sales, where he played a pivotal role in expanding
international markets, developing strategic partnerships, and driving record-breaking sales across
Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the USA.
